EMPOWER is a 9-day experience in Costa Rica for people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience some truly incredible places.
We begin with five nights in Puerto Viejo on the Caribbean coast, surrounded by jungle beaches, wildlife, and ocean air. From there, we travel inland for three nights in La Fortuna, home to lush landscapes, waterfalls, hot springs, and the Arenal Volcano.
This retreat is about coming back into your body in a gentle, grounded way. Not through pushing or fixing, but through presence and simple somatic practices woven throughout the experience.
With only 10 spots, EMPOWER is intimate and intentional. It is designed for people who want depth, beauty, and connection without pressure or performance.
Why Costa Rica?
I went to Costa Rica for the first time and absolutely fell in love with the nature, the animals, and the pace of life. It felt grounding in a way I didn’t even realize I needed.
I ended up going back again and again, probably twelve times in two years. Each visit deepened my connection to the land, the local community, and the local businesses I now collaborate with closely.
I wanted to create a retreat that felt like a true journey into yourself while also exploring somewhere truly magical. Costa Rica was the perfect place for that.
While I’m often known for my dance retreats, EMPOWER is different. This experience is a deep dive into nature, adventure, rest, and reconnecting with yourself in a grounded, embodied way.

We’ll be staying together in shared villas in both Puerto Viejo and La Fortuna, each designed to support comfort, connection, and rest. The room setup is the same in both locations.

King Bedroom | Private Bathroom
These rooms each have one king bed and a private bathroom.
• Single occupancy: $5,700
• Shared occupancy (2 people sharing the king bed): $2,300 per person
This is the preferred option and allows for a more accessible price point for you.
Queen Bedroom | Two Queen Beds, Shared Bathroom
This room has two queen beds and is ideal for friends traveling together.
• Double occupancy (2 people): $2,700 per person
• Quad occupancy (4 friends): $1,800 per person
This option is perfect for a group of friends wanting to experience EMPOWER together at a more accessible rate.
This retreat is application-based. Once accepted, you’ll receive details to confirm your room and complete checkout. Payment plans are available at checkout.
