Join me for an amazing 4 1/2 days in beautiful Manzanillo, Costa Rica. We'll be doing daily body love sessions, dance classes, visiting waterfalls, indigenous tribes, and national parks all while building a beautiful community with one another!

About the event
After creating so many beautiful online spaces for Body Love, i knew it was time to offer a retreat in person!
Body Love is all about creating a safe space for you learn how to truly love your body, a space for you to release any limits placed on you by society or other people in your life. It's time to truly love every inch, and i can't wait to spend 4 1/2 days with you doing just that. We'll have beautifully connected daily sessions together, and of course you'll have plenty of free time to explore this beautiful place. We'll travel to Bri Bri a beautiful place where we'll explore a breathtaking waterfall, and take a tour to learn about the indigenous Bri Bri tribe - their way of living and plant medicine. On our property there's a well kept path to the beach through the literal jungle. It's likely that you could see monkeys and even a sloth or two on your way to the beach! This ticket includes transportation from the airport, all meals except for 3 on your own, tour of the plant medicine of the indigenous Bri Bri tribe, trip to a beautiful waterfall, the beautiful national park, a dance class, and our daily body love sessions. Thank you for purchasing!!
