So far we've:
Experienced the healing and transformation of Kyla's Empowerment program which focuses on embodying the best version of yourself. It frees you from pain and challenges of the past, while steeped in the raw power of nature.
Explored the jungles of Manzanillo and saw sloths, monkeys, toucans, parrots and more. This special place is far away from the cities, clear down by Panama beside the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
Connected with the indigenous Bri Bri tribe, visiting their village and experiencing all of the jungle medicines and tools. They also took us through the entire creation of chocolate and we got to help make it
Took a dip in healing, volcanic, black sand beaches with tropical drinks and coconuts
Experienced multiple waterfalls after achievable hikes deep into remote jungles

We are just about halfway through the trip, so there's so much more to go.
Today we say goodbye to the Caribbean and head north into the mountains to the Arenal Volcano.
We'll enjoy a day pass and dinner at the famous Baldi Volcanic Hot Springs & Resort
We will see another waterfall deep up in the volcanic mountains
Finally we will close our the retreat with hikes into the volcanic mountains to natural hot springs
